How It Works
The Spa FROG In-Line system is part of the hot tub's plumbing, with a convenient cap for top loading the mineral and bromine cartridges. The minerals last a full four months set wide open, while the bromine usually lasts around three weeks with adjustable settings to meet each hot tub’s needs. A simple twist and the cartridge basket is removed from the hot tub for easy cartridge replacement. The entire process takes less than a minute.
· What is the Spa FROG In-Line System?
It is a built in version of the Floating System that comes installed on certain hot tub brands. It uses the same mineral cartridge but with a larger bromine cartridge for longer life.
· What's different about the Spa FROG In-Line System?
It uses minerals to destroy bacteria so chlorine can be reduced to much lower levels. The result is soft water without bleached swimsuits or smelly odors. Everything is built in with top loading access to the cartridges.
· How long do the mineral and bromine cartridges last?
The mineral cartridge lasts four months or whenever the hot tub is drained and refilled. The larger bromine cartridge lasts 3-5 weeks, which is 33% longer than the bromine cartridge used in the Floating System.
