There's a lot you can do with a two-room timber garden house. Especially if its 70mm log walls make it insulated and sturdy enough for year-round use, and it's built from sturdy Nordic timber that's designed to last. Texas 1 makes a spacious weekend house for a couple or small family, or an extra space for overnight guests. Its deep windows admit enough light for use as a studio or a substantial garden office - somewhere to set up a home business or take a hobby to a new level. Possible configurations of the two rooms could be: • living room plus bedroom (a sofa bed in the living room could turn it into a weekend house for four) • workspace plus storage room for materials or finished products • open office with a private meeting room There's also space for a small kitchen/dining area in the main room. In addition to the attractive design and flexible configuration, this spacious timber office or luxury weekend house offers an array of other great features. The terrace boards are treated for extra durability. The double-glazed windows with toughened glass, silicon and rubber seals are insulated and secure. The floor is made from 28mm real wood. The Texas 1 is a traditionally designed Log Cabin with cylinder locking double door, covered porch area and toughened double glazed windows. The walls are 70mm Chalet cut logs, 19mm tongue and groove ceiling and 28mm tongue and groove floor. The roof has the option of a felt or shingles covering. The double door has a low threshold door sill with stainless steel protective capping and laminated frame. The cabin is supplied unfinished and can be stained or painted in any colour to suit. It has a manufacturer’s 5-year guarantee.

Well made and good value for money. There are nice attentions to detail that you get but don?t expect from a flat pack product and see in the pictures. Trims, skirting, spare logs and floor boards. They actually take into consideration that you might not get it right first time and damage something. I?d recommend Valkea anytime they made a job I was dreading and had no experience at seem easy.

Spent many nights reviewing log cabins and chose Valkea, mainly because of reviews feedback and price, plus it was the one I liked best. Ordering through to delivery all went well, goods arrived on time I found it easy to erect than I thought it. I am extremely pleased with our cabin.

Excellent product, excellent service and highly recommended by me. The cabin was delivered on the day by a large lorry with a forklift which carried the cabin to my drive. All the logs are precisely machined and it went together without few problems over the weekend. Family and friends are impressed with my choice and everyone notices how grand it looks.

It was daunting to know I had to build a cabin which is something I had't done before. In fact I hadn't built anything for ages. However, I need not have worried. It was easy. The instructions were simple and everything went together like the Lego blocks i play with when my grandson is visiting. the whole project was very rewarding and made me feel very worthwhile. i had to ask my son in law to do the shingle roof as not am only am i afraid of heights i am 72 years old. It was a pleasure to help your company with this report and thank you for all of your assistance too.

Magic from start to finish! We only have access from the back but the fitters were brilliant. The cabin was so well packed everything including glazed doors and windows all contained in that one pallet. I am more than pleased with the cabin which looks fantastic value for the money.

I love it. The summer house is worth every penny to get that extra working area which I can keep as my own. Excellent service everything we needed was provided, any queries we had were answered promptly. The fitter were very polite and tidy.

Research, research and research. This is a big decision. Not just about the design but price, quality and fitting. Even if you are Petrochelli ? it?s a tough ask building it without previous experience. The Texas is a well made and solid abode. We were very happy and have it by our property in the LAKES for guests. It?s got such a lovely outlook we enjoy staying in the log cabin more than the comforts of our home in the summer.. We were a little apprehensive to leave our valuables in fact anything of value in thee when we left for the month. Now we more than happy and it?s a s ecure as our own house. Like us I?m sure you?ll be very pleased with this a s second home.

We chose a 44mm thick log cabin because we wanted the best and didn't want to take chances. My advice is that it's overkill unless you are using it in the winter or need to secure the contents. They are so well made and interlock together so well you could save yourself ????s and buy a log cabin with thinner logs for less money if it's not for winter use or you're not using it for storage of valuable. Unless of course it's a hot tub going in it and then you've no choice as the steam will warp the logs if they are not 44mm thick.
