Conneticut 2 5.5m X 4.1m 44mm Log Cabin

The Connecticut 2 is a contemporary designed pent roof Log Cabin with cylinder locking double door and opening double glazed windows. Also available with door and window bars. The walls are 44mm tongue and groove construction and 19mm tongue and groove floor and roof with the option of felt or shingle roof covering. The double doors have a low threshold door sill with stainless steel protective capping and a laminated frame. The height of this cabin is under 2.5m. The cabin is supplied unfinished and can be stained or painted in any colour to suit. It has a manufacturer’s 5-year guarantee.

Please note this cabin is not supplied with a floor, this can be purchased seperately.

I've fitted many of the cabins or this company before i retired and have 2 of my own.My favourite in the pizza hut cabin and it's where you'll find me at weekends.My advice if you're fitting the cabin yourself is to unpack the whole pallet before you start and lay all of the same size pieces together.Then once unpacked familiar yourself with the pieces as you read the instructions.Do this first and you'll save yourself many hours of frustration.

Well made and good value for money. There are nice attentions to detail that you get but don?t expect from a flat pack product and see in the pictures. Trims, skirting, spare logs and floor boards. They actually take into consideration that you might not get it right first time and damage something. I?d recommend Valkea anytime they made a job I was dreading and had no experience at seem easy.

The cabin pieces on the pallet aren't packed as you would use the items, although they explained afterwards thta everything is packed to prevent damage. This enas that you have to unpack everything first. One gable end arrived with a split in it and was out of gauge due to this. This was easy enough to report it and it was rectified quickly and for free.

Excellent product, excellent service and highly recommended by me. The cabin was delivered on the day by a large lorry with a forklift which carried the cabin to my drive. All the logs are precisely machined and it went together without few problems over the weekend. Family and friends are impressed with my choice and everyone notices how grand it looks.

I can recommend the BIG garage with confidence. There was a delay of which was annoying but to be fair I was informed of it in advance and they offered me my money back. It turned out that Valkea had insisted that the garage was treated and hadn?t dried thoroughly before being put back in the plastic pack. They included it for free anyway. I decided to wait and I?m glad I did. Now erected it looks really safe and secure. Good value with all of the other garaging options I had. Its well worth getting it treated and you may get it for free like me.

I can?t find anything to be negative over and would highly recommend both Award Leisure and the Valkea Cabins. Delivered as described, Fitters were excellent, smart, professional and courteous. I would recommend a log cabin to anyone who has a garden. I also think Award Leisure is the best in the game. Their choice, knowledge, quality, value for money, honesty and accountability ? yes they actually do what they say and even acknowledge and accept blame to put right any issues. They are excellent from the moment you place your order to it being fitted. A self-assembly log cabin is one of the greatest inventions for the garden in modern times.

It was daunting to know I had to build a cabin which is something I had't done before. In fact I hadn't built anything for ages. However, I need not have worried. It was easy. The instructions were simple and everything went together like the Lego blocks i play with when my grandson is visiting. the whole project was very rewarding and made me feel very worthwhile. i had to ask my son in law to do the shingle roof as not am only am i afraid of heights i am 72 years old. It was a pleasure to help your company with this report and thank you for all of your assistance too.

The wooden garage was a much cheaper option than a brick built garage. i didn't need planning and it is much prettier than a car port. The structure is incredibly sturdy for what us in essence a flat pack. It took the family 3 nearly a morning to unpack all of the bits and 3 days to put up.I am very satisfied. the sizes and accurate and the finished article does loom like the advertised picture.
