Booking a Delivery

With the majority of our products you can now select a delivery date at the time that you order the goods either online or with one of our sales people. If this system does not offer you a delivery date a member of our despatch team will contact you to give you a delivery date once your order has been placed. The contact from despatch could take 2-3 working days, as they await stock confirmation and plan the logistics of your delivery before contacting you with delivery dates. During busy periods it is possible this process will take slightly longer, please bear with us while we try to arrange the soonest possible delivery date. The turnaround times on our website are approximate but almost always met, however during busy periods this could be extended slightly.

Our Products

All of our products come wrapped in protective packaging for transporting from our factory to your door. Our drivers are unable to secure packaging so cannot take it away with them, in case it were to blow onto the road when travelling back to base. This must be disposed of by customers. However, until you have fully installed your garden building the packaging will most likely be helpful with covering over stored parts and protecting part built products from the elements.

The images below show a brief reference to how your products will arrive. All of our garden buildings are made from kiln dried quality graded timber, if it is to be stored prior to construction and treatment all parts must be covered to prevent moisture from warping and rotting the timber.

Delivery – All Services

All of our products are delivered using our own fleet of vehicles, not sub-contractors. We have a large number of vehicles dedicated to delivering our quality products so we can guarantee maximum care is taken during the delivery process.

Our deliveries take place Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 6:00pm.

It is important that when the delivery vehicle is unloaded you check to make sure all of the correct items and instructions have arrived. You will have a delivery discrepancy note to match everything on, if anything is missing or damaged it is important you note this on your delivery discrepancy note when you hand it back to the delivery driver.

Prices for our delivery services can be found on individual products. If you have purchased an installation from us, our install team will unload the delivery vehicle with the help of the driver.

Standard Delivery

Delivery will be to the kerbside. Each delivery is different in size and the time it takes to unload.

Depending on the product there could be a number of packs to unload [please see the above example packaging images]. You will need to unload your delivery by hand with the assistance of the driver. If you are unable to help with unloading the vehicle then please contact our Sales Team before your delivery date to arrange for our two person delivery service.

Two Person Delivery

We will carry all items onto your property to a location of your choice, as long as it is not farther than 50m from the delivery vehicle parked at the kerbside.

Our delivery drivers are unable to carry items through buildings except outbuildings such as garages.

Collection

You can opt for collection if you wish, however this must be done at the point of order. You must have the appropriate vehicles to transport your order from our site to its final destination. This could mean hiring a vehicle for the collection, so please ensure that the vehicle you use is large enough to take the weight of the items you're collecting. The vehicle also needs to be able to take the longest part of your product.

When transporting glass please secure it, preventing it from moving and other items falling into it during transport. Please do not lean or stand the glass up on a hard surface as this has the potential to cause nicks in the pane. These nicks could then become larger problems in the future, leading to you needing to replace the glass.

A member of our Sales Team will be able to advise you on the steps to take when arranging your collection.
